We need Biden to stay on the job. We should develop a new strategy instead of subjecting him to this cruel test by fire. As much as some Democrats want to make this about Joe Biden, it's not—it's about Donald Trump. Voters know that, and Joe Biden knows that. Despite his occasional struggles with articulation, Biden is an instinctually sophisticated, smart, and experienced politician. He's the only one who has outplayed the MAGA machine and Putin in a breathtaking first term. A second term without his skillset would be political malpractice, and so is the cycle of Biden bashing - which seems to be amplified by former never Trumpers.

Their success in dividing the U.S. since 2016 goes beyond election campaigning. Is it a disinformation machine? A highly evolved AI? Some occult? We don't know but whatever it is, it has kept a morally bankrupted, convicted felon and universally reviled figure at the helm of this movement for 8 years. And despite 4 years of success by Joe Biden, now the polls show Trump is still ahead of Biden by a few points - 120 days out from the election. He's actually a few points ahead of all Democratic candidates.

But on the night of November 5, we won't discuss AI and polls—we'll discuss humans casting actual votes in a real election. Ordinary Americans from coast to coast will choose their path forward. And if history is our guide, the polls could be proven wrong again.

Recent polls suggest that American voters aren't abandoning Biden. A USA Today/Suffolk University survey found that 85% of Democrats would vote for Biden in 2024, a four-point increase from March.

That's because Americans understand what's at stake. For them, Joe Biden is not just a politician he is a champion of American values — a man who has lived his life with service at its core and with the goodness and kindness emblematic of the best America can be. He is the exact counterweight to the savagery and violence of Donald Trump's policies.

Instead of fighting for this noble man Americans have known for four decades, we are busy tearing him down and shrouding the light with which he has governed his life. Many people online say something like "as long as he has a pulse, I'll vote for him." Can you name any other serving politicians people discuss in more glowing terms? Even on his deathbed, which he thankfully is not, he would provide the moral clarity we need in a leader at this time.

America's Champion: Biden's Enduring Appeal

Joe Biden has always stumbled over his words - and he has less energy but there is no doubt of his conviction and his internal moral light. He is a beacon for all that America stands for, Americans who have ever lived and will live. We need to bolster him where he is weakest and keep him focused on his instinctual brilliance and moral certainty. It's this leadership that gives us a strong chance of survival.

We must do what primary voters have told us to do. We have our ticket, and we know what happens if something should happen to the president. The people have spoken. We are fighting for those votes, and anyone saying we should ignore them undercuts our mission to save democracy.

Maybe Joe Biden should have a less demanding schedule, and maybe the people arguing for his removal could spend these precious days advocating for the voters who elected him and for democracy.

1. The Presidential Powerhouses: Biden, Obama, and Clinton could headline significant events every week between now and the elections.

2. Women Leading the Charge: Michelle Obama, Jill Biden, and Hillary Clinton should be boarding the Biden Express to talk to the. voters that will clinch the vote: the mothers of America.

3. Empowering the VP: Kamala Harris who should be staking her flag in the future by working to share Joe and her vision for America.

4. All-Stars: Hakeem Jeffries, Jennifer Granholm, Gina Raimondo, Pete Buttigieg, and others should be showcasing their plans to solve America's biggest challenges in the years ahead.

5. Send Katie Porter and her whiteboard to every corner of the land to explain complex questions.

6. And reconnect with the youth - AOC and Maxwell Frost and the brilliant activists of the anti-gun movement should be boarding the Biden bus to reconnect with our future base.

Voter Support Remains Strong

By leveraging our full bench of talent and involving voters in the process, we can spread Joe's light to every soul in our country and create a dynamic, inclusive campaign that speaks to all Americans.

This is how we counter the forces of hatred, crime, and darkness that is the GOP, energize our base, and secure crucial victories in the battles ahead.

In this election, we face a stark choice between democracy and autocracy - light and dark. Everyone with a voice should use whatever resources they have to advocate for democracy. This is how we win the House and keep the Senate. Joe Biden knows this.

It's much more important that we win the House than replace Biden.

America remains the world's largest economic force. Humanity looks to us to protect the progress and modern way of life built on liberty, equality, and the pursuit of happiness. We must pursue these ideals to the last, or we will have failed the generations who entrusted us to pass on this legacy.
